By placing an order, signing up, or using AireelHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

AireelHub provides: - Short Video: 7-15s TikTok/Reels/Shorts style - Long Video: 15-60s narrative cuts - Product Photo: white-bg / lifestyle / model - Captions: ZH / EN / JA multilingual - Creative FX: transitions / grading / logo branding Packages: Go ¥299 / Plus ¥599 / Pro ¥999 / MAX ¥1999/mo. You must keep your password secure and not share your account. All activity under your account is deemed your own. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and email us.

(a) Order flow: /order → pick package → upload assets → pay → enter queue. (b) Payment: PayPal (intl. cards), Alipay merchant QR. Other methods via email. (c) Prices as displayed at checkout, exclusive of tax. (d) Discounts: Go is limited to 1 first-order per store; other discounts are time-limited.

(a) Timeline: first cut within 3 days; Go/Plus/Pro typically wrap in 2-4 working days; MAX gets priority. (b) Delivery: Cloudflare R2 presigned links, valid 7 days; regenerate via /lookup. (c) Revisions: 1 free overall-direction revision per one-time package. Unlimited revisions are out of scope. (d) Acceptance: download via /lookup and click "confirm delivery". Auto-accepted after 14 days of inactivity.

(a) Before scheduling: full refund within 1-3 business days, original method. (b) In production: pro-rata refund based on progress; arranged via email. (c) After delivery: no refunds; use the revision process for dissatisfaction. (d) Refund requests: email [email protected] with order number.

(a) You warrant that you have the right to use uploaded materials (product photos, videos, logos) and that they don't infringe third-party rights. (b) Final deliverables are owned by you and may be used commercially. (c) We retain intermediate project files for revisions but will not repurpose them. (d) The AireelHub site design, branding, and AI prompt templates are our IP — no copying.

You may not: - Upload illegal, obscene, violent, or infringing content - Upload medical, pharma, gambling, or weapons materials without prior agreement - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack our systems - Use the service for fraud or consumer deception - Resell or sublicense deliverables to other clients (deliverables are for the originating store only) Violations void the order without refund and may result in legal action.

(a) Some production uses AI assistance. We do human QA but minor imperfections are possible. (b) We do not guarantee 100% approval on TikTok / Meta / Amazon; platform standards shift. We will iterate after rejection. (c) We do not guarantee performance (CTR/ROAS) — outcomes depend on product, bidding, audience, etc.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: - Our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you have paid for the order. - We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. - We are not liable for force majeure events (natural disasters, war, government action, third-party platform changes) but will negotiate fair remedies.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (see Privacy section 6). We may terminate immediately for serious breaches without refund.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, submitted to the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA) under its rules in effect at the time.
